When making a donation, it is mandatory to provide your full name, address and for a receipt to be provided. In addition please provide your phone number on the deposit so we can contact you if we have any questions.

NSW has strict laws that govern political donations.  

This includes loans, and donations made through third parties.

To make a political donation you must be enrolled to vote, or have an ABN or other recognised business number; or be approved by the NSW Electoral Commission to make political donations. 

Certain industries, individuals and their close associates are banned from making political donations in NSW.  This includes property developers and their close associates.  In addition, donation caps are in place.
