3. Resident Facilities Now and into the Future
We are committed to improving and expanding resident facilities across Mosman to meet the current and future needs of our community. Our plans include the construction of new change rooms and toilets at George’s Heights, providing much-needed amenities for residents and visitors. At Rawson Park, we will upgrade the rugby stadium, including the addition of new resident toilets to enhance the spectator experience.
To further support our community’s recreational needs, we will add new toilet facilities at Countess Street and Reed Parks. At Middle Head Oval, we plan to build new changing rooms and toilets, as well as install BBQ facilities and shaded seating areas, creating a more comfortable and enjoyable environment for all.
Additionally, we will upgrade, redesign, and beautify the Raglan Street East Car Park, incorporating solar panels for shade and signage to display available spaces. Our initiatives include guaranteeing at least one parking permit per lease to ensure that renters have the same parking privileges as property owners. The Concierge Service will expand to offer a dedicated Rental and Strata Advisory Service, providing residents with support and guidance on various issues.
Living in a strata block has its challenges, such as difficulties in getting insurance for an EV charger or installing solar panels. Our dedicated Concierge Service will provide the information and assistance needed to navigate these strata issues, making the experience of living in Mosman even better.
To promote sustainability and convenience, we will provide free access to community EV charging stations for renters and strata residents.
